Tolka Valley Park: On my early morning dog walk in Tolka River Valley Park Finglas, birds spotted among everyday species were Kingfisher, Dipper, 2 Grey Wagtails and a Raven been harried by Jackdaws...
Rogerstown:  On my drive to Rogerstown & Turvey, I turned off at Swords after sighting a Red Kite circling over Broadmeadows estuary, with no luck getting a photo. While stopping at the old bridge, spotted a Kingfisher flyby and resting up a bit to far away for a good camera shot.
Turvey:  Arriving at Turvey South Hide, meeting up with John Fields who had already spotted a Hen Harrier (RT) bracketing the area, other birds of the day were 5 Buzzards (sighted at the same time out different hide windows by spotters) a pair of Peregrines hunting over the dump for a good hour, with 2 Kestrels along with the everyday birds in the area, and then the Hen Harrier (RT) returned and rested up 300m away, giving everyone a good scope view.BC
